Coaching Conversations

Laying the best foundations from day one

This two-session interactive accredited course is focused on supporting learners to identify their skills, and strengths and developing tools and techniques to deliver coaching sessions. This course builds confidence in learners to enable them to plan and deliver a coaching programme.

What does Coaching Conversations cover?

This interactive course includes the following topics:

  • Understanding different situations can be used, for example, stress coaching, retirement coaching, change management, and health and wellbeing coaching.
  • Opportunity to develop skills through role plays, scenarios, and observed activities
  • Employing reflective practice using Gibbs reflective cycle and understanding your own learning style

By the end of this course, learners will have identified the situations and models, skills, and qualities to hold confident coaching conversations. Upon completion you will earn a level 3 certificate from Advice Skills Academy.

Who is it for?

This course is open to anyone living in Liverpool City Region.
