About this training:
In this comprehensive program, you will delve into the innovative practice of social prescribing, which connects individuals to non-medical support for improved well-being. You will:
– Explore the theoretical foundations and practical applications of social prescribing.
– Gain insights into the role of a social prescriber.
– Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to promote social connections, enhance mental health, and foster overall wellness through this transformative approach to healthcare.
The training will include both online and face-to-face learning. The session breakdown is:
Session 1: Friday 8th Sep |10am – 1pm | Online
Session 2: Friday 15th Sep |10am – 1pm | Online
Session 3: Friday 22nd Sep |10am – 1pm | In-person at 54 St. James Street, L1 0AB
