About this training:
This three session, interactive accredited course focuses on core elements and skills necessary for learners to deliver social prescribing as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
It will include the following topics:
• Introduction to the social prescribing role
• Developing personalised wellbeing plan
• Setting goals
• Networking with other agencies
The training will include both online and face-to-face learning. The session breakdown is:
Session one – 5th May | Online via Zoom | 10am-12pm
Session two – 12th May | Online via Zoom | 10am-12pm
Session three –19th May | Face-to-face at 54 St James Street | 09:30am – 4:30pm
Please note, tickets for this course will close at 9 am on Friday 28th April.

This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.
