Resilience Skills is a transformative course designed to empower individuals with the tools and mindset needed to navigate life’s challenges with strength and adaptability.
In this comprehensive and interactive accredited course, participants will explore the core principles of resilience and learn practical strategies to bounce back from setbacks, overcome adversity, and thrive in the face of change.
Through engaging sessions, interactive exercises, and real-life case studies, students will enhance their emotional intelligence, build self-awareness, cultivate positive thinking patterns, and develop effective coping mechanisms. By mastering the art of resilience, participants will unlock their full potential, conquer obstacles, and embrace life’s uncertainties with confidence.
*NB* The training will take place face-to-face on Friday 15th September, 10 am – 4 pm

This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.
