This 7-session, accredited course is here to empower you with the hard and soft skills to lead teams and prepare you for the next stage in your career.
You will cover a wide range of topics including team and project management, mentoring, understanding different leadership styles, and self-awareness and confidence.
The first 6 sessions will be held online, with the final session held at our conference building 54 St James Street with a networking social event!
The course breakdown is:
Week 1 – Online Zoom Session – Understand the key characteristics of effective leadership
Week 2 – Online Zoom Session – Understand the skills involved in effective leadership
Week 3 – Online Zoom Session – Know how to plan and monitor a project
Week 4 – Online Zoom Session – Know how to review a project
Week 5 – Online Zoom Session – Know what is meant by mentoring
Week 6 – Online Zoom Session – Understand the skills involved in effective mentoring
Week 7 – 54 St James Street – Understand the 7 secrets of productivity | Leadership networking social
The training will take place every Tuesday for 7 weeks between the times of 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, starting from Tuesday 23rd May to Tuesday 4th July.
Please note, tickets for this course will close at 9 am on Tuesday 16th May.
Session Lead:
This course will be held by our course facilitator Victoria.
One of the guest speakers on the final session with be The Women’s Organisation’s CEO Maggie O’Carroll.

This programme is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) and is funded by the EU.
