Join us for this informal half-day session where you will use fun quizzes and games to find out which skills employers are looking for, check your own skills, and make a plan for improving the skills and abilities you already have.

Helen is an experienced senior manager and learning & development professional with more than 30 years of experience working across the voluntary, public, and private sectors at a local, regional and national level.
She has a reputation for investing in the personal development of others and working collaboratively to achieve high-quality outcomes. Helen is an experienced coach and mentor, specialising in midlife career reviews. She holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, complemented by over 200 hours of coaching/mentoring practice.
