The Introduction to Conflict Management session is designed to provide an overview of what conflict management involves and why it is important to deal with it effectively, key skills, how to be effective when managing conflict, reviewing personal skills, and agreeing on a personal action plan.

This session will take place at 54 St James Street, L1 0AB on the 7th November, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm

This programme is open to people living and working in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton)
