The Introduction to Conflict Management session is designed to provide an overview of what conflict management involves and why it is important to deal with it effectively, key skills, how to be effective when managing conflict, reviewing personal skills and agreeing a personal action plan.
The training will take place in person on Tuesday 12th April & Tuesday 19th April, 10 am – 1 pm.
This programme is open to people living and working in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton) but please contact our team to check full eligibility criteria.
As this project is funded by the European Social Fund, you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK and fill in a registration form. One of our team will be in touch to collect this from you before the course starts.
