Session lead: John Carroll
Having joined NatWest after leaving school, John moved to Jersey in the mid-nineties, for what was meant to be a six-month secondment, but ended up staying for 23 years! The last 10 years of his NatWest career were spent as a Relationship Manager within the Business & Commercial Banking team, helping local SMEs access finance to grow their enterprises and plan for future success. It was a hugely rewarding career, but John and his family opted to move back to the North West in 2020 and he joined the Women’s Organisation shortly after, where he continues to help businesses, new and existing, develop and thrive!
