Norma Sherwin – Founder of Feel Good Therapy
“I started my business 5 weeks before the lockdown. I had just completed my laughter yoga training so I was able to deliver sessions through lockdown, and were a fabulous opportunity for me to check up on friends and family without them realising. I trained to be a life coach and completed other short courses, some with The Women’s Organisation. I worked through the information John, my advisor, gave me and was ready to start back when lockdown was lifted.
I had been in healthcare for 38 years and want
ed to follow my dream.
I am a Reiki practitioner, coach, laughter for health leader, card readings and Hopi ear candles business. My idea is to have something that can benefit anyone that needs support or healing, giving the best experience for a reasonable price.
I am writing an online course for new care home managers at the moment and studying for my NLP masters.”
