We Are Pink is an award-winning PR and marketing agency based in Liverpool. Founded in 2011 by Nicola Pink, the company has grown from a one-woman operation working out of her spare bedroom, to what is now a team of five with more than 60 clients based in the Baltic Triangle.

When Tilly came to our Better Off Finance programme, she was unemployed and struggling with turning her life around. Through this programme, Tilly found renewed positivity and motivation, gained confidence in her own abilities, and is now employed full-time.

When Jo and Sara were made redundant from their jobs as specialist children’s hairdressers, they decided to follow their dream and set up their own hair salon with support from us. Ava & Harrison is now the only salon in Liverpool catering exclusively for children in a child-friendly environment, with a growing team of staff that looks after customers from all over the city.

During her 30 years’ working in the public sector – including 25 years with the Police Service – she has advanced the leadership and equality and diversity agenda on a national platform, gaining a wealth of knowledge, qualifications and skills along the way.

Construction Q are award-winning quantity surveyors based in Bramhall, Stockport. Founded by Fiona Hull in 2010, she approached our Excelerate Labs in Manchester for helping getting off the ground, and has since grown a team that’s delivered on all kinds of successful projects, with budgets ranging from £100,000 to £30,000,000.
