About this training:

This practical session is designed to guide aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners through the process of creating a strategic and effective business plan.

This course covers essential aspects such as market research, competitive analysis, financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational planning.

Participants will gain valuable insights into structuring their business ideas, identifying target markets, crafting a unique value proposition, and more.

By the end of the session, participants will have a solid grasp of how to formulate a well-organized and compelling business plan that not only serves as a roadmap for success but also resonates with potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.

NB* The training will take place in person on the 16th of October from 10 am – 4 pm.
